Story Time
Taster evening for the fairy tale workshop at the Schloßhotel Münchhausen (June 5-8, 2025)
On this evening, you will learn how easy it is to write fairy tales and what to expect from the workshop.
“Once upon a time …” is how the fairy tales we remember from our childhood traditionally begin. These ancient tales are still told, discussed and modernized because they contain more than just a quaint story: they also convey ancient knowledge and experience, deep wisdom and long-awaited hope. Did you know you can write your own tale and receive your own wisdom?
Writing your very own fairy tale is a magical experience because it can connect you to your deepest wisdom. It can put you in touch with your own inner fairy godmother whose wise words can soothe old pain and turn them into insight, compassion and empowering beliefs.
Our location: The Schlosshotel Münchausen
Preview: Fairy Tale Writing Retreat in Germany
In a magical workshop from June 5 to 8, 2025, we want to harness the magic of fairy tales to free ourselves from the grayness of everyday life and travel to the land of fantasy, where magical possibilities and perhaps even healing experiences await.
The wonderful thing about writing fairy tales is that it is so much easier and more fun than you can imagine.
By the way, you can write your fairy tale in English or German in the workshop – Allison and I, Birgit, will give instructions in the language you understand best and support you in your writing process.
The location couldn’t be more beautiful: We write in the stylish ambience of the Schlosshotel Münchhausen, which is picturesquely situated on the German Fairy Tale Route.
Fairy tale writing session
